AI/ML Engineer – ESG Intelligence

This role involves building and refining machine learning models that power NeoImpact’s ESG intelligence engine. You'll develop models to extract insights from structured and unstructured data and work closely with domain experts to translate ESG concepts into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and deploy ML models for ESG scoring and predictions
2. Work with NLP to analyze text-based disclosures and news
3. Collaborate with data teams to preprocess ESG data
4. Optimize algorithms for accuracy and scalability
5. Monitor and evaluate model performance over time

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field
2. 3+ years experience in ML/NLP
3. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch
4. Experience with unstructured data and APIs
5. Knowledge of ESG domain a plus
