Drive the product vision and roadmap for NeoImpact’s ESG platform. You will translate user needs into product features and manage cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product requirements and success metrics
- Lead roadmap planning and prioritization
- Work with engineers and designers on implementation
- Collect user feedback to inform development
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years in product management
- Experience with SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with ESG analytics or financial tech
- Strong communication and project management skills
